Fintech Frontiers Ltd is a collective of professionals brought together by a shared interest in promoting the growth of the digital economy in Africa. We aim to harness the benefits of innovations in technology to propel economic growth for the benefit of all including the informal sector players and those disadvantaged by the rigid structures of the traditional economy. 4. Universal Agency Banking Platform for CPF Financial Services Kenya
Fintech Frontiers was appointed to advise on the development of a universal agent banking platform for CFS Financial Services, a leading pension services group in Kenya. The platform aims to drive financial inclusion by making agent banking viable in marginal areas of the country in order to serve vulnerable communities who often include public service pensioners. Fintech Frontiers successfully lobbied various policymakers and government officials to agree on a regulatory framework for this innovation that was not specifically provided in law.

Stephen is a respected financial service professional with over 35 years of experience in payment systems, policy advisory, and banking supervision.
He is the former Head of Payment, Clearing and Settlement Systems at Central Bank of Kenya, where he also occupied strategic policy-making roles in the development of digital financial services and financial inclusion. He is also a member of the International Organization on Standards Organization (ISO) Technical Working Committee on Mobile Payments.
Stephen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Laws (LLM), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and BSC Mechanical Engineering degrees.

Titus is a financial services professional with 20 years of experience in financial markets ranging from stockbroking, fund management, banking, and corporate finance advisory services. He was the founding Head of African Alliance Securities in Kenya, Head of Co-operative Consultancy Services Ltd, Director of Co-operative Banking Division at Co-operative Bank and Managing Director at Sidian Bank Kenya.
Titus holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance from the University of Nairobi, a Diploma in Computer Science from IMIS, is a qualified accountant under the ACCA of England and Wales, and is a Certified Executive Coach under the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
He is currently the Managing Director at Fintech Frontiers and Chief Executive Officer of the Fintech Institute.
